Schedule D365 Financial Statements

Running your monthly financial package on a recurring schedule?

D365 can easily do that for you via Financial Reporter.


1. Access Financial Reporter designer mode


Open Financial Reporter

General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Financial reports


Choose a report, then click edit



Choose "Open" to install ReportDesigner.



Choose your account and password.



You will see the report designer icon on your taskbar.


You will also see the selected report. You may close the selected report by clicking on "x" in the upper right corner. (note: there are two x's, select the one exhibited with red circle.



2. Create a report schedule


Open the scheduler.

File > New > Report Schedule


Specify your desired report, select active, and choose desired frequency.

Note: You may also specify a Report Group.

Note: Only the creator of the report or an administrator can activate or inactivate a report schedule.


Save your schedule and provide desired Name and Description.

Then click OK.




You may view your generated reports by going to:

General ledger > Inquiries and reports > Financial statements



You have successfully configured automatic recurring reports.
